Marcio Kogan is an influential architect responsible for many residential designs around the globe. This project documents a new way of living in Madrid: simply and sustainably but without losing the feel of luxury. Kogan’s design is reflected in the cleanliness of lines, large overhangs, rectangle-shaped houses and open and diaphanous spaces. These buildings influence the area as those who see them are inclined to learn more about their construction and function.
